We’re Hiring: Liquid Fill Machine Operator – Columbia, IL
Job Title: Liquid Fill Machine Operator
Location: Columbia, IL
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Pay: Up to $20 – $23/hr. (based on experience)
Requirements for the liquid fill machine operator role:
● Set up, operate, and monitor liquid fill machines
● Fill, seal, and package liquid products with accuracy
● Perform machine adjustments, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
● Conduct quality checks to ensure proper fill levels and product quality
● Use hand tools and measuring instruments as needed
● Maintain production records and follow work instructions
● Lift up to 50 lbs regularly (occasionally 100+ lbs with assistance)
Qualifications for the liquid fill machine operator role:
● Minimum 6 months of liquid fill machine operator experience required
● Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
● Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on role
● Strong attention to detail and reliability

- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday to Thursday)
- 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday to Thursday)
