SMS Staffing Inc is Hiring Immediately for a skilled Customer Service Agent!
Job Title: Customer Service Agent
Job Location: North Chicago, IL
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Pay: $18 - $20/hour (depending on experience)
Shift Structure: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm; ONSITE, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
About the Customer Service Agent Role:
- Enter and track new customer orders.
- Make changes to existing customer orders.
- Answer customer/sales representative emails and phone calls.
- Keep customers informed on their orders.
- Monitor customer supplied inventory as needed
- Prepare paperwork for billing.
About You: The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Agent will have the following skills and experience:
- High School Diploma
- Experience in customer service is a plus.
- Must possess typing, filing and basic PC skills; Microsoft Office
- Experience in general office work.
